Duke & Co. Stockbroker Sentenced and Fined
Charles Betta, formerly with the now defunct boiler room, Duke & Co., was sentenced to up to 6 years in prison and fined $50,000 for defrauding investors out of millions.
Betta and 17 others were charged last year in connection with the fraud, which involved maintaining the price of IPOs at artificially high levels.
