SNSFE Partner James Eccleston To Participate In NAPFA 2006 National Conference

On Thursday, May 18th, SNSFE partner James J. Eccleston will be leading a roundtable discussion "Securities Arbitration and Litigation: Avoiding It For Yourself And Recommending It To Your New Clients When They Have Been Wronged" at the NAPFA 2006 National Conference "Fast Forward to the Future: Strategic Turning Points" to be held from May 17-21 in Grapevine, Texas.

The roundtable focus will be on smart practices to follow in dealing with the risk-taking client, the controlling client, and the spendthrift client. Jim will identify how financial advisers can stay clear of situations that may lead to trouble, identify "hot topics" for regulators, and discuss available remedies in litigation and arbitration.
